Tristan has just recently gained Cert. III in Education Support and has been working in the Support sector for the past year, along-side focusing on getting his own business off the ground – specialty pop-up pasta nights on the central coast. Tristan has always had a passion for people, creating and pasta. Bringing the three together was the obvious choice!
Tristan Fraser was a free-lance in the Entertainment Industry with a rich background in the high-end hospitality sector. Earlier in his hospitality career he held restaurant and venue manager roles at establishments such as Cumulus Inc, The Argus Dining Room and other high-end venues. His significant work during his time at The Argus Dining Room resulted in the restaurant’s attainment of their first Hat from The Good Food Guide. Using this experience he moved into private chefing and small-time catering.
Within the Entertainment Industry he has a rich background with in the Art Dept in roles such as Stylist, Buyer, Standby, Assist, and having been responsible for the Production Design of a few ventures including some online content for Sony. Tristan has worked on a variety of commercial and independent shoots, assisting and coordinating with directors and production teams to source, design, build and style shoots as well as food styling, and working with children and young adults.
